The room had an amazing view of the tower. It was special. the cleanliness was superb. nespresso coffee and biscuits were provided. That was a nice touch.

there was no milk for tea in the room initially..

the room had a super clean interior , and the bed featured excellent quality sheets. i appreciated the view that felt just like the provided photo , only BETTER.

the tv operation WASN'T easy , volume adjustment proved somewhat difficult.

The location was very nice! I had a landmark view room, and I loved it. The staff was very friendly and always available to help with anything (they even helped me with directions!). I appreciated the little extras provided, such as soaps, conditioners, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.
